Cut way back on diet soda but not completely off the wagon yet

Update:  I made it to 47 hours before I gave in to a throbbing headache and downed a Diet Coke.  Decided that it might be more prudent for me to gradually cut back instead of going cold turkey.  Did realize that I miss the fizz more than the caffeine, though.  Sparkling water with a splash of juice or a fitness water flavor packet from Crystal Light works wonders.  I am down to one Diet Coke per day instead of way more than one.  That’s progress in my book.
