No doubt about it, the past year has been very challenging. I was more than ready to show 2020 the door. Hopefully, we’ll be closer to “normal” by summer’s end 2021. I miss gathering with friends and family, traveling and going about my daily life sans mask.

Cost: $15.00 Required: Perfect 5 Quilts from It’s Sew Emma, Perfect 5 Ruler by Creative Grids and fabrics for project. See supply list for exact fabric requirements for our modified Snickerdoodle Quilt. (Masks are required.)

Spring 2021
I’m excited to announce that I’m partnering with the Southeast Quilt & Textile Museum in Carrollton, Georgia to develop a series of virtual, beginner friendly sewing classes for kids of all ages. Hope to see you in a Zoom Room very soon!

Ah, the sweet sound of silence. The political ads are finally over.

What really infuriates me, though, is the amount of money that was spent on this campaign.

Those funds would have been so much better spent on people in need.
